I recently had the privilege of attending a business coaching retreat in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. Throughout the retreat I was wrapped in female empowerment, support, encouragement, tears, laughter and sisterhood.

Enclosed are some of my takeaways and why I think it is so important for us, as women, to empower, build connections, create bonds, share our dreams and break the silence of the past.
